On 01 December 2020, we attended the second industry talk, which was entitled "The Importance and Trending of IT Project Management", via Webex. Mr Mohd Khairul Reeze Ruslan, who was the Head of Project Management Office Commerce Dot Cam Sdn Bhd, was invited to be the speaker and Dr Goh Eg Su was the moderator. Mr Khairul emphasized on the the importance of IT project management and introduced the trending to us.

From this talk, i have gotten a lots of inputs in my knowledge storage. It gave me the basic idea of how IT project management should be functioning . We learned how important IT project management is. It directly decides the result of a project. This is because a strategic alignment of a project boosts the progress of the project. Making project objectives clear is essential to prevent the project progress goes off-track. Quality control in the project management ensures the quality of the products produced satisfies the specification.
