Lean Business Plan and 3-Minute Pitching Video

Based on the situation given, my group needs investment in the business and ready to present our product in a Shark Tank pitching show. We were asked to prepare a 3-minute pitching video and a lean business proposal. By the tasks given, we learned the way to present our product. When done well, it can help to build a connection with potential customers and distinguish our business from competitors. We can convert the opportunity into the success of the company by doing well in the presentation. Apart from that, we also learned how to write a good lean business plan. Good lean planning helps us lay out a map, or a route, or a series of steps to follow to make strategy real. Most people are more likely to get things done when they can work towards the next step or milestone. And these are also called tactics, to execute strategy. So, this is why lean business planning is a significant fundamental for business owners.
