Organization Behavior (SHAD 1043)- Chapter 13=Power & Politics

When look through in this chapter that is power and politics a lot things that I learnt while comparing it at the real world. Its actually inter-related one another. The things that I learnt is differentiating leadership and power. How does politics work in organizations and consequences of political behavior. Most interesting that I gained is power either its influence tactics and their contingencies.
