An event Quarantine Arts 2 or named "QUARTS 2" is an event that presented by IIS-Indonesia in UTM that held from January 17, 2021 to March 1, 2021. This event compiled the concept of an online competition that is divided into 5 competitions there were : music group, solo music, painting, photography and tiktok. This event is open to all international students in UTM from all generations and also students of all Universities in Indonesia.
Quarts begins with registration followed by submission of materials to the committee, collecting likes and then announcements on the closing. At this event each participant is required to upload their work on Instagram participants with the most likes will get the position of favorite performers while the best participants with the position of first place until the winner based on the judges' assessment. In each - each race quarts give 2 judges from external and internal parties to external judges committee provides judges who are experts in the field of competition.
This event was successfully held with the participants who were very enthusiastic until the final stage of this event. At the closing ceremony was held through zoom meeting and announcement of the first to third winner who will get a prize in the form of money, not only that at the closing ceremony also featured the guest star of one of the young indonesian singers Bintan Radhita on this occasion she performed her latest song titled "Bilamana Nanti"

Self Reflection
In this event I became a committee as part of public relations in this position I really gained an interesting experience because here I learned to communicate as best as possible with the participants, judges and also performers.
Being a public relation is also a new experience for me therefore this kepanitian is very interesting. By attending this event I can also adapt better to the other committees who are students from various generations.
This event is very interesting and satisfying with more than 100 participants who signed up it became a happy sendri for the organizers and also managed to display an outstanding guest star at the end of the event, because this event is the second event from Quarts I hope this event continues to be held every year because here we can help facilitate students to put their talents and with interesting prizes also performers make many who want to register this event.
