Report
An event of “Sport – On” is the first online sport competition of ISS-Indonesia in UTM that was organized by Department of Cultural Arts and Sports was successfully done from 30th January 2021 until 27th February 2021 through online platform. This event was followed by 29 participants international student from Indonesia.
This event is held for 3 weeks. On the first day, there was an opening and remarks from president of ISS - Indonesia in UTM through Zoom meeting. This competition starts with the first week in each week participants will be given a different challenges for each competitions of futsal, basket and marathon competitions.
In this event participants are also given a rest day for each week, because this event is held online assessment was conducted online and all participants are required to upload evidence that they have completed challenges to google drive that has been provided by committee and they can also earn additional points by uploading photos or videos they are doing challenges to Instagram
After the final week this competitions and all challenges have done and then the announcement was announced at the closing of 27th February 2021, the winners were given the prize that has been promised, the first winner gets gold medals, second silver medals, third bronze medal and they are also given a certificate of this prize sent by the committee to the address of each winner. That was a series of activities on Sport-On, all competitions were implemented, the committee and participants also participate in this event with enthusiasm

Self Reflection
After participating as a organizer in this event I gained new knowledge as well as experience. In this event I learned how to work with other team members for the sake of running the event successfully, I also learned to think creatively in proposing what competition I would hold in the event. From the beginning before the official event started until the event was finished I attended an online meeting and because I as my secretary was in charge of writing notes about what panita discussed during the meeting to me to share the notes to the other committee here I learned how to write notes about a discussion and this greatly trained my focus.
By following this committee I also gained experience in drafting proposals to accountability reports in the appropriate format, when the event was completed. I hope if the next semester we are still in the situation of online class this event is held again because this event is very useful for participants so that the spirit do sport in pandemic situation.
