Participating in the Sega22 TikTok Challenge had a significant impact on the development of my Graduate Attributes and provided valuable insights into my strengths and areas for growth. The challenge served as a catalyst for personal and creative development, pushing me to explore new horizons and overcome various challenges along the way.
Engaging in the activities of the Sega22 TikTok Challenge played a crucial role in honing my Graduate Attributes. The emphasis on Creativity encouraged me to think outside the box and find innovative ways to showcase my badminton skills. Through experimentation with filming techniques, editing styles, and visual effects, I was able to unleash my creative potential and push the boundaries of my content creation abilities.
One of my self-identified strengths and advantages throughout the challenge was my deep passion for badminton. This allowed me to channel my enthusiasm and dedication into creating an engaging and authentic video. My understanding of the sport and my ability to execute various badminton shots effectively showcased my skills and resonated with the audience. This genuine connection with the subject matter provided me with a competitive edge and helped me stand out among other participants.

The Sega22 TikTok Challenge, held from 4th to 16th December 2021, provided a platform for TikTokers, including both the general public and UTM students, to showcase their talent and creativity in sports. Participants were encouraged to record and upload videos related to sports on TikTok, accompanied by the hashtag #sega22tiktokchallenge. With a total prize pool of RM150, the challenge aimed to reward the best skills and creativity demonstrated in the videos.
The justification for joining the Sega22 TikTok Challenge lay in the opportunity it offered to individuals passionate about sports and self-expression. Participants could share their love for sports with a wider audience, and the chance to win a portion of the prize pool further incentivized their participation.
