Self-Reflection
PR1 is the starting of the project where we need to determine the proposal for the project. In the phase 1 of the project, I was assigned as a leader and successful made to the level 3 of leadership level. Although there was no officially assignment of role at the initial of the project, I had started to take role of a leader and assign task among the team member and show the level 2 of leadership level as the member follow my request was not out of my position but as a sense of respect and admit. By building high quality product of the part that I am responsible and produce high quality report with the perfect teammate, I had successfully achieved to level 3 of leadership level.
During implementing phase 1 of the project, I allow team member to share thought and feel toward the direction of development of the project which increase interaction and communication between team member when they feel excited for more contribution toward the project.
