Hi.I'm Subsash.I am first year student from human resource course.I personally get lot of inputs from this subject.First of all ,I have learned how to communicate with my multi racial friends.My lecturer uses English as tool for communication.That makes my English good and i able to speak English fluently  with other foreign friends.I also build my confident level and leadership skills by working together with groupmates.I also build self-esteem.When my lecturer DR.AZLIN shows interest in students opinions that student will that their thoughts and ideas appreciated.Not only that, I also got new friends.Having nice friends, affect my on academic performance.

I learned lot from Human resource planning.In week one I briefly learned about introduction to Human Resource Management.From week 1 ,I have learned differences between analyzing and designing jobs.I also learn differences between recruitment and selection.From chapter week 2, which is HR strategy.I learned that differences between strategic and traditional HRM.Strategic is more better than traditional.From week 3,I learned about job analysis.Job analysis is so important to HR managers.From week 5, I learned HR forecasting techniques.HR forecasting techniques divided by two which is quantitative and qualitative.Next,in week 10 also learned how to calculateemployee turnover and i also learned about the calculation for employee movement in organization.
