     Kolej Datin Seri Endon (KDSE)  organized a special event called "Majlis Penyerahan Bendera Dan Lafaz Ikrar Kontigen". It happened at Dewan Kencana on 23rd December 2022. This ceremony was attended by the Principal of KDSE, the athletes, and colleagues. The ceremony was held to hand over the college flag to the head of the contingent, representing all the athletes. The athletes will recite the pledge before participating in their respective sports events in the UTM Games.

     I am enthusiastically taking an active role as an athlete in the Ultras event. Ultras is a supporter team that makes extra efforts to boost KDSE team athletes' spirits and spread excitement in the sports arena. One of the distinctive ways in which we manifest our support is through synchronized chanting. Standing united, we raise our voices in harmony, creating a powerful and encouraging atmosphere that resonates throughout the venue. To make our enthusiastic support even more exciting, we use musical instruments, like drums, to add a lively and rhythmic feel. 

    Participating in the ceremony and event offers a valuable platform for me to cultivate and enhance essential graduate attributes, with a particular emphasis on the significance of teamwork and leadership.

Self-Reflection

     A notable challenge faced during these activities was the limitation of practice time due to simultaneous commitments, especially cheering for other events. However, our commitment to excellence drove us to overcome this challenge by dedicating extra time and effort. Staying up until midnight to practice showcased our determination and passion for the Ultras event. Our dedication and effort truly paid off as we were announced as a champion in the Ultras competition. The competition was held at the Stadium Azman Hashim (UTM). 

     Taking part in events like these has significantly helped me develop important skills as a student. I gained valuable insights into teamwork during the ceremony, and being part of the ultras team improved my ability to collaborate with others. Participating in the ultras also taught me how to motivate my teammates effectively. In essence, these activities have played a crucial role in shaping me into a more well-rounded individual, providing skills that are incredibly useful for both my personal and professional growth.
