Report Activity No.1

What I have learned from this programme is how to write the proper format of a formal letter for inviting someone, especially a well-known person so that they can accept the invitation. I had to contact my advisor and another committee member also so that the work can be synchronized. Other than that, organizing our time properly between study and work is also important so that it can be balanced. Besides religion and spiritual knowledge, leadership traits, knowledge, communication skill and other skills also can be developed when I joined this programme club. It also requires critical thinking to attract large audiences since it is online. I learned how the online programme was conducted by making sure all the technicians and protocol were good.

I hold as a secretary of a club in Bicara Nurani programme which is organized by Kelab Pentadbiran dan Pembangunan Tanah collaborated with Kolej Tun Fatimah for one sem in 2021. This club organized a religion talk which is delivered by different famous speakers every month with different topics. This programme was opened for all UTM students, lecturers and staff. My responsible is I need to write a formal letter for the invitating speaker and report programme. This programme was held by an online platform which is conducted by streamyard connect with the social media's club. The aim of this spiritual programme was organized is to increase and refresh students' religion knowledge in the order they can apply it in their life, especially Muslim people.

Every month I will prepare the formal invitation letter to be sent to the advisor and my work partner before sending it to the speaker. It is to make sure there were no mistakes and needs to be signed by the advisor and director. I was also required to have communication skills to discuss the letter and report with other members' clubs and the director. It also requires critical thinking to attract large audiences since it is online.
