In 14 January 2022, I have join a program that been organized by Sekretariat Rakan Muda (SRM) that was conducted online via Facebook Live. In the program, SRM has created an opportunity for us to learn or explore more about animals and thus Virtual Zoo was conducted. SRM has gone to G2G Garden which is located in the area of Universiti Putra Malaysia. G2G garden houses many animals such as cats, birds, reptilians (snakes, lizards), and pony (mini horses), also some exotic animals such as capybaras, peacocks, and many more. The best part of the journey is you can actually feed the animals by buying them some food and feed them directly. Many of the animals are very tame and not afraid to human such as the birds (parrots). With the help of the zookeeper, they are also nice to the host (Raihana) by giving them some info about the animals and let them to interact with the animals.

Self - Reflection

While I was tuning in to the program by SRM, I have further increased my curiosity of animals that are in Malaysia. I personally love birds and seeing them being treated right in G2G Garden has warm my heart and made me want to go there as well. Animals are wonders of nature, even though they don't have the knowledge capacity of us humans, but as humans we must always protect the wildlife because it helps balance of nature. We can say, if we don't do it, they who will? In conclusion, the program that has been created by SRM which is Virtual Zoo will help more people to gain knowledge about the wildlife and they had been great host to us. Thank you to our Emcee (Marnisha) and also our host (Raihana) for their dedication towards this program.
