MINI REPORT
Sweet Repeats 2023(SRE'23) invites a panel of vendors to come out with their products as well as launching a thrift festival where students are able to shop various thrift store brands all in one place from vintage and trendy to even reworked pieces. There will also be a charity booth where students can donate old books, clothes, etc. All the proceeds from this will be donated to a charity of our choosing. This program have many objective such as ensuring UTM students are instilled with a charitable mindset, providing an outlet for students to venture out of their academic life and enjoy the festivities and lastly to show that KTDI advocates for local businesses. Through this program we was able utilized creative thinking to better help our community in the sense of finding innovative ways to give back to the community we serve. The outcome of this program is was very promising as the vendors invited was able to turn a profit and we also receive a lot of donations from the students that were later donated to the local charities.

SELF-REFLECTION
It was very heartwarming knowing we are able to give back to our community through this program. All and all I was very proud of what we were able to achieve. I've also learned through being the vice director that it is important to have functioning collaborative skills as when it comes to big programs you will need to rely on your team to be able to execute task perfectly. However one challenges that I did faced throughout the duration of this program is that dealing with multiple outside vendors can be tricky as you have to manage a lot of moving parts. This and on top of having to manage multiple different units under me, I admit I was slightly overwhelmed with the given responsibility. Regardless of the hardship i was able to overcome those challenges and at the end of it i believe my leadership skills have significantly improved.
