Participating in the FABUlous Colour Run as part of the registration unit has honed my soft skills, especially in creating precise and user-friendly Google Forms for collecting data on participants and merchandise buyers. Additionally, it taught me to be responsible for the environment and surroundings as we were required to clean all the checkpoints from color powder and ensure the area was free from any event-related rubbish. This responsibility emphasized the importance of being accountable for our actions. Although we were divided into different units, all of the committee have showed good team work in cleaning up the event. This collaboration allowed me to engage with committee members from different faculties, fostering new connections. Overall, this experience significantly enhanced my problem-solving, teamwork, and organizational skills.

As part of the registration unit for the FABUlous Colour Run, I need to manage participant registrations by creating a Google Form for those interested in joining. Furthermore, I was required to create a form for merchandise, offering various packages and prices, which needed strategic planning in order to direct buyers to the relevant page of data collection depending on the package they intended to purchase. On the day of the event, the committee is required to be at the FABU Parking Lot as early as 7:00 am to set up and do necessary preparations for the registration and the assembly point. As a member of the registration unit, I need to take attendance of the participants and ensure that breakfast meals are distributed to all participants upon registration. Around 8:00 a.m., the participants gathered for a quick briefing and warm-up session. Since the task of the registration unit has been completed, I've been assigned to be at the KTHO checkpoint, where I'll be throwing colour powder at participants. The event then concluded at around 11:00 a.m. at UTM's Rugby Field.
