If the participant failed to submit their video, they will be disqualified. Self Reflection
From this workshop, as part of the crew member in an activity committee, it gives an impact on my character development working in an organization. Before the program started, I learn to adapt myself with strangers from another committee to identify the requirement for the program during the meeting and outside the meeting. I also can work in a group in my committee to make a tentative of the program of three days. The program also helps me to build my communication skill and leadership skill by speaking in front of the participant and make sure the program follows the tentative accordingly. This program allows me to increase my enterprising skill by being one of the representatives to go meet with the representative of SMKPKVI. I learn the skill of negotiating with strangers by identify the terms need to follow during the program. In conclusion, I learned quite a few skills for myself that can help with my character development in the future.
