EXCEL REPORT: Bengkel Kesedian Kerjaya Personaliti

Bengkel Kesedian Kerjaya Personaliti is a workshop that helps to the student to develop important skills that are able to help them in getting a job. The workshop not only focuses on gaining new skills but to have a correct personality and mentality whenever having a job in the future. The workshop offers two professional certificates to the student that able to stay in the workshop until the very end. This workshop consists of 15 modules prepared by the UTM Career Center. The workshop is only held for two days and the seat to join is limited. I am able to join because by submitting my details early whenever I receive the email invitation. The workshop was held plenty of times during the semester. The modules have an activity that helps the student to understand and after each module is done, the student is required to fill a survey of the module before moving on to the next module.

From this workshop, I have learned quite a few things that could help me in getting a job. And one of them is helping to make the correct resume. Next, the workshop helps the participant to build their team working skills by having an activity that can only achieve by helping each other out. For example, building a product and try to sell it. The product is made by a recycling item and needs to be based on the theme. My group made a robot toy that can help humans interact with it. My team needs to help each other out to build the robot and to present afterward. The presentation helps the participant to build some skills like communication skills and leadership skills. By speaking in front of strangers will help the participant to be confident in every decision they made in the future.
