1. Justification in joining the activities; As a woman myself, I think women empowerment is very important and especially in the world of engineering. I was eager to join this session and hear from the speakers 
2. The Graduate Attributes that are focused
on;

Communication Skills; how to talk and communicate with others in the work space

Adaptability; there are challenges that women face and how to handle situations

Enterprising Skills: how to be strong and build a career for yourself 

3. Content of the activities.

Women Empowerment in Engineering is an event organized by Student Chapter Automotive Engineering (SAE) UTM that focus on giving information and exposer to students of UTM about involvement of women in engineering sectors. The organizer call out Dr. Siti Khalijah Mazlan to give talk about her experiences in engineering studies and industries. The speaker pressed on women empowerment in engineering in focus to motivate and acknowledge the potentials of women in industry especially in overseas.

of the students’ Graduate Attributes; 

Communication Skills to improve how to talk and communicate with others in the work space. Adaptability where there are challenges that women face and how to handle situations. Enterprising Skills developed and how to be strong and build a career for yourself

activities; Easy access to use social media to conduct the session
3. Challenges and how to overcome: Challenge was that it was not face to face so i was harder asking questions.
