Name of event : DHARMA EXPLORE RACE

The aims that I join this event is to meet new friends and reduce stress. Furthermore, I want to learn correct values in a pleasant environment.

The purpose of this event is to pass on Buddhism and cultivate moral values. We may get some inspiration though the game. This event was separate into 2 sections. The first section was a station game. All of us had been separate into 8 groups to undergo the game. There was totally 8 stations and our mission is to complete 6 station’s game and get the signature. Many of these games had tested our teamwork and understanding. The second section is the Werewolf game. In this game, we will get an identity, all we need to do is to figure out the wolf or kill all the citizen. This game is to test our expression ability, observation ability and reasoning ability.

This event give a lot surprise to me. Initially, I thought it was only an exchange activity. But after the game process and explanation of the host, I finally understand some truth. First of all, I learn about the importance of leadership and follow instructions. It is difficult to complete 6 tasks in a short time. So we need a leader with courage and determination. Under the leadership of our captain, we are the first group to complete the games within time. There is no doubt that teamwork and tolerance are important too. But the premise is we need person to lead the correct way. Next is the ability to distinguish right from wrong. In the real world, there is many true and false. Decision was happen in every second. One wrong decision may causes you lose anything. Unfortunately, this skill was not teach in class. So the only way to get it is learn how to observe.

The challenge I faced was I need to complete my task without affecting my teammates. For example, one of the task in first game is to make a big circle that can allow us to enter. Each of us had one newspaper but we need to share the glue stick. So we need to communicate in advance to avoid wasting time.
