I got to implement this skill as we are selling our studio package to the graduates. From discussing on the price, plans of promoting, do the promoting, and give the best service to all the graduates that purchased our package.

Working in a team for some time really need a good communication so that everyone understands and are aware of each works then leads to the best result.
- Leadership and Teamworking Skills
Having a unit leader really important as he is the one who make sure everything runs smoothly following the plan and can lead all the members well.
Mini Report
To be in the team, there is an interview conducted to choose the new committee member by the high council of this program. After they have selected few members and confirmed all the committee members, they did the first meeting to brief and assign members to different units selected by the appointed unit leader.
For all the committee members, there will be a 'gerak kerja' to get used to the situation, practicing photoshoots, studying the studio package, solving previous problems and more for over than one month before the UTM convocation is held officially. During the one month from 6th October to 1st November 2020, there are so many aspects to be learned and done to make sure the process is smooth on the day, as it will involve the students and their family. Our main objective is to make sure all of the students are satisfied with our services.
For the hall unit, they will capture each and every students that graduated for the year's convocation from few angles. Next, they will print out the picture and posted to them.
For the studio unit, we provide a studio package for the students to capture heartfelt memories with their beloved family just like the usual graduation photo that is taken in the studio. Our services are providing the best and affordable package, a systematic counter service, the runners that will make everything runs smoothly and following the plan and last but not least, the photographer and their assistant, that is called as 'kareo'. All of studio tools such as cameras, backdrop, studio lamps and more are owned by the club itself that has been used for many years since KFK has joined the convocation team.
A week before the convocation week, all the committee members will be promoting the studio package for all the students that will be in UTM to pick up their graduation robe. At this time, there will be a quite rival from other company from outside of UTM that will also be promoting theirs.
Self Reflection
At first, I went to the interview just because I have joined a KFK program before and they convinced me to try out the session first. When I was selected, I was quite nervous because I was clueless on what I will be working on. But after the first meeting, I am informed on how this team will work. I was assigned to the studio unit and has been chosen as the food exco for the unit.
In the unit, I have learned so much of new things regarding photography and soft skills. To me, this is the best program I have ever joined in KFK.
