CS1  Ability to convey ideas in writing clearly, effectively and comprehensible.

- I think I have some problems to get ideas in writing and also not effective or comprehensible.

CS2 Ability to delivery ideas orally in a clear, effective and comprehensible manner.

- I can not easily to give ideas by talking orally because sometimes i missed out some points

CS3 Ability to listen actively and respond accordingly.

- I can listen  to other people ideas and respond to them.

CS4 Ability to make clear presentations to a diverse audience with confidence.

- I  am unable to make clear presentations because of my soft voice, I can easily get really nervous in front of people and forgot the content to deliver to audience especially  in front of diverse audience.

CS5 Ability to use a variety of media in presentations.

- I can use many media if can found the content that suitable for presentations.

CS6 Ability to negotiate and reach agreement.

- I can negotiate with people easily and accept ideas from people in my group if the ideas are relevant to the topic.

CS7 Ability to communicate with people from different cultures and backgrounds

- I  takes time to know new people  in my life and since I am a shy person so I need to know other peoples personality so that I can adapt and comfortable to communicate with them.

CS8 Ability to use third language in conversations when the need arises.

- I only know 3 language, Malay, English and Japanese a little since I like watching anime.

The CS that I need to improve is CS2 and CS4 because I need to practice talking in front of people with confidently and also to prepare well enough,understand the content of the topic and increasing the volume of voice so that people from the back can hear me clearly.
