Mini Report
The PSYCHIC Club has organised Psychic Management Camp 2.0, a second online camp for all program commitees to explore and master the skills required to run a PSYCHIC program. Program Directors, Secretaries, and Treasurers were required to attend this program. There are many briefings in this program that are specific to the President and Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. In each briefing, the organiser went over the precise details of what each committee should do before, during, and after conducting a PSYCHIC program. Furthermore, this program aided in ensuring that the committees could do their task properly and in answering all committee questions so that there would be no misunderstandings in the future. This program increased self-awareness in all committees, allowing them to trust themselves in playing a key role in any program, allowing them to take bold steps and embrace new challenges. In conclusion, this program assisted in providing committees with all necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to take significant steps toward ensuring the success of the program they joined.
Self-Reflection
Since the programs in which I am a treasurer, I was one of the participants who joined Psychic Management Camp 2.0. This program taught me about the role of treasurer and how to effectively manage program funds. Being a treasurer has made an impact on the financial management of a program that I was responsible for. This is due to the treasurer's role, which is critical to the success of a program. In this program, I learned a lot of things, such as how to request sponsorship from Hal Ehwal Pelajar (HEP), sponsorship from other companies, and the documents required to ensure the money is used properly. Even though I participated in this program as a treasurer, I also learned about the roles of other committees, which will be useful if I ever have the opportunity to serve on a committee for another program. Overall, this program has assisted me in developing independence skills such as taking responsibility for myself and the program I have participated in and feeling a sense of autonomy. This eventually unlocks my true potential for performing at my best in any circumstance.
