- 2.04g CA powder
- 12 ml of acetone, ethanol and dimethylacetamide (DMAc) in 3:1:2 ratio
- Mixing using magnetic stirrer in an enclosed bottle at room temperature for 6 hours
- TMZ will be added using different weights, 5 mg, 10 mg and 15 mg
- 11 kV, 0.5 ml/hr
- SEM images to observe the fiber distribution

- SEM images show inconsistent diameters of electrospun nanofibers
- Still need adjustments to obtain consistent diameters of the pristine CA nanofibers

Week 6
Meeting with Supervisor

- Correcting unusual parts in proposal draft
- Statistics has to be included in both chapter 1 (Background Study and chapter 2 (Literature Review)
- Approximately 5 pages for chapter 1
- Background study : Include effectiveness of drug delivery, statistics and proposal's motivation
- Gantt chart : Include efforts for preliminary expected results
- Highlight main objective at the end of background study
Week 9
Proposal Defense Briefing

Contents :
- Reminder to update logbook
- Use UTM email for Turnitin
- Week 12 to submit slides
- Week 16 to submit proposal thesis
- Try to log into Turnitin and create a dummy file
- The expected results must align with project
- Remarks/Comments can be written during defense and be used to improve final proposal thesis
- Slide submission is done through Google Form by attaching Google Drive link
- Proposal defense is 10 minutes
