I am assigned as the Grand Treasurer. My role is to handle the financial division for the winner of the activity. However, my main role is being moderator through out the program. 

Program " What Is In The Industry" is a program that giving exposure to psychology student about the reality when doing industrial training. The reason I joined this program is because I find this program is so beneficial in order to give exposure about industrial training since I will facing it too before graduating. Besides, I want to challenge myself by being a moderator throughout the program. 

One of the graduate attribute that are related with this program is communication skills. In this program, I learnt on how to have good communication skills during the planning of the program and during the program was held. I learnt on how to communicate well with other members. Since I was assigned to be a moderator, it teach me to control the situation when the program is ongoing by having a good communication skills with the speakers and participant. The second graduate attribute that are related to this program is leadership and teamworking skills. Throughout this program, I learn that teamworking skills is very crucial in order to make sure the program could run smoothly. The third graduate attribute is adaptability. Since this program is about exposure during industrial training, it teach me and other participant much about the adaptability skills when entering work environment. 

Program "What Is In The Industry" is such a good program especially for psychology students. During the program, speakers which is alumni from the psychology course explain the procedure to apply for an internship. She also explain what is vital in order for us to get best experience during internship. This program is so beneficial since it is having a useful information for me and other participant. 

This program really benefit on development of my graduate attributes. By joining this program, I could develop myself to be brave to talk in front of many participants since I was assigned as the moderator. It really enhance my communication skills with the public. Besides, it also develop my teamworking skills. It is crucial because this might be beneficial for future use. I believe that good teamworking skills might develop greater result. Moreover, this program also develop my adaptability skills. This is crucial so that I will not experience any social shock when entering the working environment soon. 

This program also contribute much on my self-strength as I learnt so many things. It teach me to organize the plan well. Besides, it also teach me how to handle the situation and not being so nervous when dealing with critical situation during the program. This is so useful for my future as I will experienced so many unexpected things. 

However, this program also have it own challenges. The challenges that I experience during the program is when there are almost running out of time but the speakers still explaining on the content. However, I could manage the situation well by informing and controlling the flow of the program successfully.
