I am assigned as the Program Director. My role is to handle my committee by distributing task to each of them and making sure the program runs smoothly as planned 

Program "Psyquiz" is a program that enhance the memories of Psychology Student regarding subject and subtopics that have been learned. The reason why I joined this program because it is very interesting to recall back on the topics that we have learned in other fun ways rather than studying and reading the books. It is a good opportunity to let my friend from the same course to do some revision using the other interesting ways. In addition, I joined this program also to enhance and improve my leadership and communication skills as I am being assigned as the program director. 

The first graduate attributes that are focused on in this program is leadership skills. It is very challenging as I am the director of the program. As I am being assigned as the Program Director, leadership skills is vital in order for every plan is strategically planned so that the program could run smoothly. 

The second attributes that are focused on in this program is communication skills. Communication skills is vital in order for my committee to receive instructions effectively. Thus, this program teach me on how to communicate well even though it is a bit challenging because of current Covid-19 situation. 

The third attribute that are focused on in this program is thinking skills. Since this program is a quiz, me and my committee really need to strategically structured the questions so that the participant could understand well. In order for the participant to lead the quiz and winning the prize, they also need to think well of the correct answer for each of the question. Thinking skills enable us to process the question, make connection and come out with the correct answer. 

Program "Psyquiz" is good program to entertain psychology student but at the same time enable them to recall their knowledge that we have learned on previous studies. We use fun platform such as "Kahoot" with good graphics and music so that the program will be more fun. Prizes also is provided for those winners who lead the program and answer most of the question correctly. 

This program really benefit on development of my graduate attributes. By joining this program, I could understand well on how to be a leader and organize everything on each aspect. For example, I need to organize my committee well and making sure distributed task that have been assigned are well-performed. In addition, this program also have been enable me to develop my communication skills in order for other people to receive information in the most effective and uderstandable way.  This graduate attributes can be applied when I am already in an organization so that I could communicate well with my other coworkers. Besides, this program also have been enhance my thinking skills on how to find a solution on every challenge that we have faced during the program. 

By joining this program, me myself could recall the knowledge that have been taught by my lecturer previously. The question on this quiz enhance my memories to remember back the topics that I have learned. In addition, this program also giving me an exposure on how important any program should be organized effectively. However, with the cooperation of other members and ability to put an effort to perform well, I manage to lead the program successfully. 

However, there are also challenges that have been faced through the program. Since this program is a quiz program, we should thorough each question and the multiple choice answer. This challenges manage to be overcome by referring to reference book and past year questions. The second challenges that me and my committee faced is on technical aspect. We really need to plan effective platform in order for the program to reach out every psychology student effectively. We also need to choose the most suitable platform to structured the quiz. However, we could manage this challenge by performing rehearsal on the platform to make sure everything is on track on the program day.
