Course Synopsis
This course is designed to introduce some statistical techniques as tools to analyse the data. In the beginning the students will be exposed with various forms of data. The data represented by the different types of variables are derived from different sources; daily and industrial activities. The analysis begins with the data representation visually. The course will also explore some methods of parameter estimation from different distributions. Further data analysis is conducted by introducing the hypothesis testing. Some models are employed to fit groups of data. At the end of course the students should be able to apply some statistical models in analysing data using available software.

Reflection
This assignment taught me how to use inferential analysis to acquire data samples. I performed one-sample testing, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and the chi-square independence test. In addition, I am given the opportunity to conduct research and analysis on subjects for which I was chosen. It is not the same as the question asked in examinations. However, it has provided me with a new opportunity to use what I have learned in a real-life setting.
It has been extremely beneficial in terms of data utilization and analysis, particularly for large amounts of data. The selection of acceptable variables from study case data is an important stage in ensuring that our analysis matches our target research in order to offer the best response for our hypothesis. Before diving into the project, I have the opportunity to experiment with several data sets from the internet in order to master the fundamentals of RStudio. It was a fantastic opportunity to learn a new programming language that is quite useful, particularly for statistical subjects. It was first tough for me to comprehend how this language worked. Fortunately, after reading the slide provided by the lecturer, I gained a grasp of how RStudio works and how regression analysis is employed in every statistical case study. Overall, I'm loving learning statistics since I'm discovering new ways to use and analyze data.
Last but not least, I want to express my highest gratitude toward our lecturer, Dr. Aryati Binti Bakri, for always guiding us throughout the course. She is a wonderful lecturer as she always makes sure all the students do not lose their tracks in loaded assignments. She is always being considerate to their students who are having problems regarding this course. I hope in the next semester she will teach me about another course. She always keeps interacting with students and will explain more about the topic that students do not understand.
