Response Paper-A practice

Nadia creates a logical fallacy of appeal to authority when she interviewed only Dr. Afandi Ahmad, Dean of the faculty of Electrical and Electronics and who is also the Head of Kolej Kediaman Perwira, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn, UTHM as the issue at hand would require a medical expert to look into.  The 4K syndrome is a clinical health issue which  Dr Affandi is not an expert in. Besides Dr Affandi, Nadia also interviewed Hazwan Syafiq Haznain, the President of Student Association in University Malaya who may not necessarily be able to provide with an expert explanation. Hence, Nadia supports her statement of local university students being at risk of the 4K syndrome with mere opinions instead of clinical facts making her reasons  or arguments a weak one. 

Hence, making her first statement in the article a merely hasty generalization which is making a conclusion based on a sample size.
