REFLECTION

Leading the Gift Unit for the FOMDEX 2023 program has been an enriching experience that demanded a blend of creativity, financial acumen, and attention to detail. Crafting a thoughtful and budget-conscious approach, I oversaw the selection, procurement, and distribution of gifts, adding a personalized touch to the event. Managing the budget required strategic decision-making, emphasizing cost-effectiveness without compromising the quality of the gifts. Collaborating with vendors and suppliers enhanced my negotiation skills, and maintaining positive relationships with them was crucial for the success of the procurement process. Witnessing the joy and appreciation from recipients during the gift distribution was a rewarding outcome, highlighting the significance of thoughtful gestures in contributing to the overall positive experience of FOMDEX 2023. This role not only allowed me to contribute to the success of the program but also provided valuable lessons in leadership, creativity, and financial management.
