A programme that is specially dedicated to gathers female students from all around Malaysia especially in Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) and gives focus on empowering women. Crucial issues among women nowadays will be discussing through a day which are Women in grooming, Women in entrepreneurship and Women in industry. The program's main objective is to empower more young women to make lasting impacts to themselves, the society, and the nation. This program are Limited spaces for only 100 people only. Student will be exposed to new things and gain experiences from the workshop in this conference that will enhance their communication skills and unlocking their potentials. Provide motivation and encouragement for young women in becoming successful individuals. The program started with Pn.Nor Fadilah M. Nizar founder of JEIWA. JEIWA is a Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) of professionals and career driven women focusing on helping battered women start anew. Then, then continued with the ambassador NYC Women in Entrepreneurship are Cik. Fiqa Latif and Founder biopro women in entrepreneurship are Dr. Mariani Abdul Hamid. Last slot with Asyu Vianaa Raffi is Profesional Model Women in Grooming

This program teaches me about even if you are a woman you must be strong in facing the challenges and trials given. Through this program, we also know the abilities we have and need to show to the public. Cannot want it when dealing with people. With an explanation from Pn. Nor Fadilah M. Nizar women must rise from failure no matter the failure in the household or business. Try hard to get something. This program should be held to give awareness to the public that a woman should not be oppressed by irresponsible races. Finally, women who can balance their work and family will make them better people as they still have the chance to earn extra income by the business while performing their responsibilities well as a mother or wife. the best things in life are self -confidence. Believe in your own abilities and ignore what others say.
