D.I.Y Telescope Workshop: Let’s Explore Space was the activity conducted by Physics Student Council 2023 which aims to introduce hands-on experiment to the high school students. The activity was conducted on 10th June 2023 and the venue was held at the hall of SMK Bandar Baru Uda, which provided a comfortable setting for the students to do D.I.Y Telescope. The objectives of the activity were to improve thinking skills inductively which analyse the procedure of preparing the telescope related to Astrophysics and Optic Physics. In addition, to guide and improve the knowledge especially STEM based on activity conducted that involved hands on telescope. As a committee member in the activity unit, my role was to prepare the material that needed to be used for the built D.I.Y Telescope which consist of convex lens, concave lens, manilla card, scissors and glue. On the day of the activity, it is my responsibility to ensure all the students need to take part in building telescopes to ensure they know the theories that they use to build telescopes. We had rehearsal to ensure all the materials of the activity were executed flawlessly

Self reflection
As a crew member involved in organizing D.I.Y Telescope Workshop: Let’s Explore Space, I felt enjoyed the activities conducted because the participants were high school students. Witnessing the hardwork of the 16 years old students to create the telescope as they were the first time to do so. Being part of the committee member of the activity unit helped me to develop the attributes which are communication. Teamwork with other crew members to ensure the activity runs smoothly which is a notable attribute.There are several advantages to being a multimedia unit which are organizational skills that develop a sense of organization and to ensure the smooth progress of the activity achieved. Effectively communication with crew members can lead to no misunderstanding messages happening. In addition, I was able to adapt quickly to changes when my partner in the same unit could not make it to the activity which I need to lead the job scope given
