Mini Report
Solat Tarawih and Tadarus Al-Quran Kolej Tun Fatimah was the planned activity for students to be able to enjoy the blessings and appreciate the beauty of Ramadan even more than previously. The program took place on 23rd March 2023 – 19th April 2023 starting at 8pm at Dewan Sri Alam, Kolej Tun Fatimah. The objectives of the programme were to enliven the holy month, Ramadhan Al-Kareem, produce graduates who not only have high intellectuals but are spiritually intact and encourage students to participate actively in activities conducted by the college. As a member of the technical unit, my responsibility was to contribute to the successful execution of the activity. I was assigned to take care of the public address system (PA) including microphone, speaker and to ensure Al-Quran and rahle were taken from Islam Centre Office UTM. The setup process was carefully planned and coordinated to create an environment that would enhance the whole experience. On the day of the activity, my role was to ensure the PA system was in a good condition and ensure the smooth progression of activity. This totally involved communication with other members and quick-probelm solving to guarantee the activity run smoothly for students, especially female students in Kolej Tun Fatimah to improve their sense of spirituality and empathy.

Self reflection
As a crew member involved in organizing Solat Tarawih and Tadarus Al-Quran Kolej Tun Fatimah during fasting month 2023, my feelings towards the activity was overwhelmingly positive as it strengthened student’s bond and to liven up the glorious month. Witnessing many students participating in this special activity was truly gratifying because it encouraged students to always engage in religious activity in order to foster the sense of spirituality and discipline. Being a part of the technical unit allowed me to develop various graduate attributes. Teamwork with other crew members to ensure the activity runs smoothly which is a notable attribute. There are several advantages to being a technical unit which are organizational skills that develop a sense of organization and to ensure the smooth execution of the activity achieved. Effectively communication with crew members can lead to no misunderstanding messages happening. In addition, I was able to adapt quickly to changes when my partner in the same unit could not make it to the activity which I need to lead the job scope given and at the same time, it led to enhanced leadership skill and ability to guide a team.
