Mini report:

On 1 December 2020, ‘Level Up Your Resume and Interview Skill’ was organized by Strategi Club and I was responsible as a vice director for this program. The graduate attributes that focused on this program enhance my leadership skills & team working skills, communication skills. From this program I learn how to communicate and have a proper deal with The Career Expert’s  person in charge to discuss about the program and to invite the speaker Nik Faiz Iskandar for joining this program one month before the program is held. By doing tasks, I acquire my leadership skills and communication skills. Next, as a vice director, it needed to make a paperwork of the program and plan a budget also the tentative of the program before run the program. On top of that, my role is to assign tasks to other committees of the program which actually strengthens my team working skills. I and the director of the program must do a proper plan and do several discussions before assigning the task to make sure the task can be understood clearly by the committee. 

Self reflection:

‘Level Up Your Resume and Interview Skill’ is an educational program that was implemented in the form of talks and workshops that involves and is open to all students and also to outsiders. This programme was organized by Strategi Club with collaboration of The Career Expert which is the speaker for this program. As we know, interview skills are important for fresh graduates seeking a job and a resume is also one of the important elements that we need during an interview. By joining this program and coaching session by the speaker Coach Nik Faiz Iskandar (Malaysia 1st Certified Professional Career Coach) which is the CEO of The Career Expert  it will help students to prepare for their future profession where students will be taught on how to write a good resume and expose to them the skills needed during the interview. This program had achieved their objective which is the participants gain new knowledge and information regarding resume and interview skills. The program gives a huge impact towards the participants since it is a beneficial program. For me this program also gave a good impact since I learnt many new things and on handling and conducting a program. All this knowledge from this program enhances my soft skills that can be used in future.
