REPORT ACTIVITY NO.1

One of the yearly IT events, Comp Fair 2021 focuses on the academic and IT competence of School of Computing students. Allowing students, professors, and staff to benefit in a variety of ways outside simply academically is one of this program's goals. Other than that, we committee members of the program were doing everything we could to improve the reputation of the university and its teachers. Being able to learn about the six pillars of wellness, psychological, physical, economic, intellectual, spiritual, social, and entrepreneurship will be a big advantage to everyone who takes part in the program.

The program ran from November 23 through November 26, 2021, for a total of four days. Numerous events are held as the subprograms of this huge program, including financial talks, Photoshop workshops, talks on mental health and religion, webinars on entrepreneurship, and virtual aerobics. Each of the small events is conducted in accordance with the preliminary program. Since the entire program was conducted online, we conducted a few rehearsals for each activity to guarantee that it would go as planned.

As a HOD protocol unit during the program's preparation, I received a lot of experience. However, several difficulties followed that. I was initially merely a member of the protocol committee, but due to issues with the HOD not providing updates to the group, I was promoted to HOD of the Protocol unit. At once, I was handling five significant programs. I had to become a HOD for the first time, and it was a big program. The Vice Director, who was assigned to our department, was able to communicate with me regarding updates and the task at hand.

Being on the crew has been beneficial to me because I have learned how to make a proper running order, write an emcee script, and conduct online rehearsals. Since this was my first time participating in the online rehearsal, I had to work extra hard to find a fix for any issues that arose to ensure everything went as planned. Through rehearsal and emcee preparation, I have also improved my communication skills. Speaking correctly and clearly expressing the advice and viewpoint. This is due to the fact that everyone has a unique perspective and opinion.

Finally, despite all the difficulties, the program was successful. I have been able to expand my knowledge in the field of protocol thanks to this program. I am eager to explore further possibilities in the protocol division. I would say that whatever I experience and learn during this program will be useful in the future.
