According to this program, the attributes that I gain are communication skills, thinking skills, and teamworking skills

As a committee

PROGRAM FESTIVAL INTEGRASI KOLEJ PERDANA is the annual event that JKM of Kolej Perdana will conduct. So, I took this opportunity to take part in the committee of this event to gain my soft skills and experience. This event was conducted in 3 days with many types of activities and campaigns such as a blood donation campaign, culture night, and others.

First day, there were zumba, blood donation campaign and cooking contest. Basically, the event start with zumba, then blood donation and cooking contest. Many people and students attend to these events, especially blood donation campaign. This event makes me communicate many people which improve my communication skill

On the last day, all the committee and the warden do "rewang" together and it is sponsored by Adabi for the night event which is the Dinner FIESCOPE event. All residents of Kolej Perdana and the committee were invited to this event. There also had the performance Zapin, singing and etc. 

Based on this program, it took me to reflect on what I have gained for myself.  I think I had improved my communication skill because I was on the committee at one of the events, and I need to talk to other people to settle my affair. It also makes me work in teamwork because if we did not work in the teamwork, the possibility of the event succeeds very low. 

Other than that, it also gains me to use thinking skills during the event when the problem occurs. So, the committee needs to think wisely and carefully to solve the problems. 

The challenges that I occur is when there was a miscommunication between us during the event but we got to cater back wisely and solved.
