REPORT 3 - Vice 3.0 (Virtual Capstone Experience 3.0) Phase 2

       This event was organised by IET (The Instituition of Engineering of Technology) on 9 until 16 October 2021. Vice is virtual capstone experience that have been conducted for 3 consecutive years. This programme had a collaboration with 3 different universities and from 3 different countries. We have 39 students from UTM (Universiti Teknologi Malaysia) , 15 students from University of Riau ,4 students from Ritsume University in Japan and the other two from UTHM and UTeM.

         The objective of this  event are to provide experience  towards students in solving problems that have been faced by the local. It also helps students   to improve their communication skills while having a group work with different students from different region. Phase 2, more into developing products that included seminars ,workshops and talk from industries. For this phase 2, I was assigned  the same task as I was in phase 1. I need to write an article and  create announcement so the other students from other  club or any of student utm that interested to join in the talk or event.

     Being a committee in this event does really help  me to polish my communication skills mostly. After getting through the phase 1 , I feel more comfortable with the group team members. I realized that  I need to take time to open up and  feeling awkward with people around me. Although , it was hard I quite enjoy the journey. I also able to pull of the last minute work with my group member even it was feel so surreal . This is how I able to unlock my other abilities where I can work under pressure .
