REPORT
This event was organised by Persatuan Seni Silat Cekak Universiti Teknologi Malaysia on 17/12/2021 until 24/12/2021.The objective of this programme for participants to maintain a healthy lifestyle during the pandemic that have been started 2019. Other than that, this programme also contributes to build cooperation between group members of PSSCUTM (Persatuan Seni Silat Cekak UTM).
For this event I did contribute as one of the committee members in protocol unit. I was involved before and during the event started. My unit leader did divide works towards each of the members. I was involved in making tentative for the opening event and prepare speech script for the project director of the program. Protocol unit role only to make sure that the opening and closing events would be organised well and done successfully.
SELF-REFLECTION
This event help me to polish my communication skills, adaptability , thinking skills and leadership. It was overwhelming for me to work with a big team since covid-19 break out. It was quite challenging since I feel really nervous while talking with a lot of people, but I was able to hold and control until I finish talking. Other than that , I feel very happy since my teammate really prioritize group work and help me if i stuck with something and making sure everything went well before or during the event. The event was successful and everyone a including me able to finish our part on time.
