The journey of my internship :)

Company: National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH)

Time: 8.00 am – 5.00 pm

Date/ Day: 25 June 2018 – Monday

Activities:

• I compiled the Chemical Health Risk Assessment (CHRA) report for WEP SDN BHD company and printed the report
• This report relates to the assessment of chemical health risk in the workplace of the company

Date/ Day: 26 June 2018 – Tuesday

Activities:

• I compiled the CHRA report and Initial Employee Noise Exposure Monitoring (NOISE) report for the VNANO Precision Engineering company. After the compiling process, I printed the two reports
• Noise exposure monitoring is use to measure the actual noise levels in the workplace and to estimate the noise exposure received by the employees during the workday.

Date/ Day: 27 June 2018 – Wednesday

Activities:

• Doing the compiling report works for the company in Negeri Sembilan which are Mega Alpha Technology SDN BHD and Fulle Technik SDN BHD
• Like the previous day, there were two reports for each company that need to be compile

Date/ Day: 28 June 2018 – Thursday

Activities:

• Attend Majlis Jamuan Hari Raya NIOSH placed at Dewan Cempaka, Menara NIOSH
• Continue doing the report compiling work for the next company which is TPI Paper Product Industries SDN BHD at Perak
• At 4pm, doing the preparation of Jamuan Hari Raya Department for tomorrow
