week 12

 The journey of my internship :)

Company: National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH)

Time: 8.00 am – 5.00 pm

Date/ Day: 27 August 2018 – Monday

Activities:

• I joined Industrial Hygiene Division and went to KPJ Seremban to do the Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) in that place
• There were 2 things that we do which is measure the air movement, carbon dioxide and monoxide, humidity and temperature and do the microbe test
• I recorded all the data that were obtained from the 2 session which is in the morning and in the evening

Activities:

• Updated the final report of internship

Date/ Day: 29 August 2018 – Wednesday

Activities:

• Compiled the NOISE report for Grand Spektra and Callserv company
• I went to Finance Division to take the invoice that had been requested
• Went to Human Resource department to settle all the things before the industrial training is done

Date/ Day: 30 August 2018 – Thursday

Activities:

• I went to GIM Cosmetic Industries with Pn Shuhada and Pn Zainatul for OSH Compliance Support Program to do the gap analysis (safety audit)
• The company manager took us to visit their production place
• At 1.30pm, we went back to NIOSH and celebrate 'Hari Merdeka'
