Activities:
- Went to the finance department to request for another invoice of WISE 2018 program
- In the evening, I learned about HIRARC with Pn Shuhada including the definition of hazard, danger and risk and the classification of hazard
- I understand and differentiate the concept of hazard, danger and risks

Activities:
- I continued the HIRARC class with Pn Shuhada about the source of hazard and the understand the concept of the HIRARC
- In the evening, I present the HIRARC topic to the company supervisor, Encik Hanafi
- Encik Hanafi gave me a better understanding on the HIRARC and taught me how to fill in the HIRARC form
