 The journey of my internship :)

Date/ Day: 13 August 2018 – Monday

Activities:

• I have been given a task by Encik Hanafi to present about the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS)
• Pn Faizilah and I went to the PERKESO to submit all the 12 reports of OSH Compliance Support (CHRA and Noise Monitoring) and Work Improvement in Small Medium Enterprise (WISE) for the six companies

Activities:

• I continued to key in the Hirarc for the HK Gua Musang company in a given Hirarc table

Date/ Day: 15 August 2018 – Wednesday

Activities:

• I studied in details about the OSH Management System (OSHMS), the development of the OSHMS and the evolution of the OSHMS
• There are 3 standard use in OSH Management System which are MS 1722, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 45001. Each standard require different elements but it is based on the PDCA cycle

Date/ Day: 16 August 2018 – Thursday

Activities:

• I make the slides about the OSHMS includes the definition of OSH Management System, the development of OSHMS, the evolution of OSHMS, the elements used in each standard and the standard used in OSHMS
• For the standard ISO 45001, it was published at March 2018 and it is the latest standard and has been used internationally and widely

Activities:

•  Presentation on the topic given (OSH Management System) to the supervisor, Encik Hanafi
• I presented all the slide based on my research and understandinng
• Encik Hanafi gave me a better understanding on the OSH Management System
