MINI REPORT
Pertandingan Perpaduan Malaysia 22' is a competition that is organized by PEHARTA UTM. Open to all university students and the general public and with the theme of Malaysian unity. Posters should be sent in pdf format and vertical position (1080 x 1080). A brief description of the produced poster (own idea) should be made in pdf form (100 words only) and sent to the google form link.
The Graduates Attributes that are focused on are
1. Communication Skills - I managed to improve my communication skills with the committee in order to get information of the contest.
2. Thinking Skills - I managed to generate ideas by creating a poster that are suitbale with the theme.
3. Adaptability - I managed to adapt with changes that occur during the program. I found a solution to solve the changes.

SELF REFLECTION
The impact of this program is that my Communication Skills, Thinking Skills and Adaptability Skills were improved.
My strength during the program is adaptability and creative thinking which I managed to generate new ideas and find solutions during the program. Nurturing skills like critical thinking and creativity can help me grow my innovative thinking capabilities and bring new ideas into my workplace in the future.
The challenge that I faced during this program is generating ideas to create a poster that satisfied the judges. It is so hard to find the ideas that suitable with the theme. I used Canva app to create the poster and sometimes my internet connection is not okay, so it slow down my editing process. But after days, I managed to finished my poster and i submitted the poster successfully. Even though I didn't win this competition, but I had a very great experiences during this program.
