MINI REPORT
Bio Outdoor Survival (BOS) is a program that practices survival and life learning for new and old students of the bioscience department while at UTM. New students are provided with the learning skills of 7 habits so that they can cultivate high confidence, endurance and fighting power to follow learning at UTM through certain learning skills and strategies. While old students are given exposure to equip themselves to face the world of work such as the ability to face any challenge and deal with problems and pressure wisely.
The Graduates Attributes that are focused on are
1. Communication Skills - I managed to improve my communication skills with other committee and participants
2. Thinking Skills - I managed to generate ideas by finding suitable games that can be enjoyed by everyone
3. Leadership and Teamworking Skills - I managed to work together with my committee members
4. Adaptability - I managed to adapt with changes that occur during the program. I found a solution to solve the changes.
Content of the activities are including

SELF REFLECTION
The impact of this Bio Outdoor Survival program is that my Communication Skills, Thinking Skills, Adaptability, Leadership and Teamworking Skills were improved.
My strength during the program is adaptability and creative thinking which I managed to generate new ideas and find solutions during the program. Nurturing skills like critical thinking and creativity can help me grow my innovative thinking capabilities and bring new ideas into my workplace in the future.
During the Bio Outdoor Survival program, the challenges that I faced is when teams were formed. I definitely will make the team indulge in more team building activities for achieving a greater bonding, which would have further helped us to sensibly handle and shape the conflicts into cognitive conflicts. Although, every member of the team worked with dedication and commitment, but we failed to understand the importance of synergy, that’s how collective effort could have helped us to accomplish the given task with distinction. Our team achieved the required coordination, trust, communication, but we were too late to reap the benefit of these gears, so time management is one another important aspect we missed at.
POSITION/ROLES
My position is Games Committee.
Before the Bio Outdoor survival 2022 program is run, as the games committee, I need to detail the tasks of the games committee, get a list of players who will be competing, separate indoor and outdoor games, find information and think of ideas about the games that will be contested, make a vote for the games that will be run for each group and briefly describe the information that needs to be displayed about the game being contested.
During the program, i need to monitor the course of the competition and assist the Committee in the program.
After the program is finished, i need to do a report of the activities to be submit to the lecturer involved.
