MINI REPORT
Pertandingan Tiktok Khazanah Hujung Medini is a competition that is organized by the Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka Wilayah Selatan in collaboration with the Kelab Debat, Pidato dan Pemikiran Kritis (DEPIKIR), Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. Participation is open to individuals born in Johor OR studying/working in Johor OR residing in Johor and open to all races. No entry fee is charged (free). Participants are allowed to participate in this competition individually or in groups (no more than 3 people).
The Graduates Attributes that are focused on are
1. Communication Skills - I managed to improve my communication skills with other committee and participants
2. Thinking Skills - I managed to generate posters and videos to be advertised
3. Leadership and Teamworking Skills - I managed to work together with my committee members
4. Adaptability - I managed to adapt with changes that occur during the program. I found a solution to solve the changes.

SELF REFLECTION
The impact of this Bio Outdoor Survival program is that my Communication Skills, Thinking Skills, Adaptability, Leadership and Teamworking Skills were improved.
My strength during the program is adaptability and creative thinking which I managed to generate new ideas and find solutions during the program. Nurturing skills like critical thinking and creativity can help me grow my innovative thinking capabilities and bring new ideas into my workplace in the future. My creative thinking leads me to create great posters and videos to attract people to join our program.
The challenge that I faced during this program is Communication as all the team are at home during the Covid 19 pandemic. We only communicate through what's app group and google meet platform only. Communication is key in any workplace, especially one where most interactions occur via email, chat, or calls. But after a long discussion, we managed to solved the conflicts that are happened.
POSITION/ROLES
My position is Communication and Media Exco
I'm responsible to produce inspired, visually appealing content that serves a broader marketing strategy for the people to join our program. I also do copywriters to write the words used in marketing collateral and other creative content.
