Mini Report
CGMA AGM'22 is the annual program by Computer Graphics and Multimedia Association to select a new supreme council and first-year exco to represent the CGMA club in the future. Students from Computer Graphics and Multimedia Software are required to vote for the candidates of the supreme council and first-year exco. Club members are also given the opportunity to give suggestions to improve each of the programs that will be organized by CGMA.
In this program, CGMA members are able to select the highest council members who are responsible for performing their duties. In addition, since most students are unable to attend classes face to face, by holding this program CGMA members, especially year 1 student can get acquainted with members of the supreme council as well as other CGMA members.
Self Reflection
For CGMA AGM' 22 I was appointed as secretary of the program. I have learned a lot of new things throughout the entire preparation of the program such as teamwork. For me, teamwork is the most important skill in order to ensure the preparation of the program runs smoothly. By participating in this program, I can learn to have teamwork with someone I barely know for the success of the program.
As this is my first time being on a committee for the UTM program, I was excited to learn new things and gain experience as one of the committee members. I hope in the future I be able to participate more as a committee member for any programs
