In the beginning we were exposed to the introduction to statistics which were thaught to differentiate between measurement levels for a different type of data. Next, is data description where we are introduced to varieties of graph for discrete and continuous data. Besides that, we learned descriptive statistics were able to interpret data on the graph. 

In the middle of the semester we were assigned a group Project and we are required to apply everything we have learnt in this subject which includes Hypothesis Testing, Correlation Test, Regression Analysis, ANOVA to analyze and interpret the dataset.However, our lecturer Dr. Sharin guides us by giving exercises for a smaller dataset that helps us understand better on how to use the Tests for this project. We are also required discover and to choose our own dataset in order to complete this project. 

 I gained so much practical knowledge. Along with the statistics utilized for the analysis, I also learnt how to use R Studio and EXCEL for the analyses, which helps create the plots and graphs. At first it was quite difficult until I watched quite a number of videos to get a grasp of it. Since there are 4 of us in a group we split the task into 4 different tests. My part was to do the regression test. It is to test whether the y variable is dependent on x. I am very grateful that my groupmates are easy to communicate with and very helpful towards each other. Even though our discussions were made online, everyone was clear on their roles.If any of us face difficulties or are stuck doing the project we will try our best to our group members or even consult other classmates.Through this project, I got to examine the relationships between the variables population, as well as the relation between the samples.The knowledge of R programming is very useful not just in this course but for future use that requires analyzing especially data science.In conclusion, I would like to express my highest gratitude to Dr.Sharin for guiding us in every detail of this journey
