Self Reflection
I learned a lot by participating in the [USER EDUCATION WEBINAR] - RESEARCH INFORMATION LITERACY FOR UNDERGRADUATE. The webinar was educational and helpful to me as a first-year student. I engaged in the discussion and took notes to help me remember what I had learned. The advice on citation management stood out to me in particular because it is an area where I have had difficulty in the past. I'm going to use the information literacy techniques and research tactics I picked up from the webinar to enhance the caliber of my future work.

Self-Reflection:
The discussion in question in this subject dealt with recent graduates' inability to find employment in the modern economy. Despite the fact that this is a well-known issue today, few people have yet to address the factors behind the declining employability of recent graduates. The discussion shed light on these several root issues, the skills that recent graduates lack, and potential solutions. The discussion was extremely helpful in ensuring that college students not only considered these numerous concerns, but also took action to solve these issues and better prepare themselves to tackle these obstacles in the real world after graduation. The event as a whole, as well as the other speeches from different speakers, were professionally arranged, and it was a very educational talk.
