On 1st of December 2020, we attend an online industrial talk entitled The Importance and Trending of It Project Management by Commerce Dot Com Sdn Bhd (CDC). The speaker involved is Mr. Mohd Khairul Reeza Ruslan, Head of Project Management Office Commerce Dot Com Sdn Bhd.

Reflection
From this talk, I learned on how important is IT project management. I realize that a small change might give a huge impact to a project. Hence, as an ideal future employee, I need to train myself to be an organized person. By that, I will become a person that not reckless when handling any matters. Joining a committee might be a suitable choice to help me enhance my soft skills.
