Self-Reflection
My reflection when participating in this program is that I get a very interesting experience that is the experience of removing embarrassment, being brave, learning to manage a great program. An unforgettable experience while participating in this program when our group was instructed to collect donations at the night market on Tuesday afternoon to be used as a fund for the program to appreciate our college staff. The feeling at that time was very embarrassing but because we made it into a group the feeling of shame diminished and we became more confident approaching the students who were there to ask for donations. This experience taught me never to be ashamed when we do our work for good. I also learned to communicate well between program members and participants because I have a sense of shame when talking to strangers and I am very lucky to be one of the members in making this program a success.
