Mini Report
This program is done in the afternoon at the Sultanah Aminah Johor Bharu hospital and many people join this program because this program gives us a lot of awareness about appreciating sick time. This program is a program of visits to the patient's sick room and gifts such as dolls to sick little children and giving them zam zam air and dates. Before go to meet the patients , we prepare zam zam water and dates together at the canteen. Before moving we read Doa together and were briefed that never show sadness to the patient and never say "Get Well Soon" because we do not know what the patient feels. We should keep smiling face to the patients and their family so that they feel happy with our arrival. This program gives a lot of awareness to the participants who join because it makes us realize the importance of health and when we are sick we cannot do any work.
Self-Reflection
When participating in this program, there was an incident that made me want to cry. At that time we must give dates and zam zam water to the patient and there was this uncle took out the money and give it to me and he thanked us for coming and for give the encouragement to him. this makes me think that when He is sick but he still wants to donate and the lesson I get is that no matter we are sick or not doing good is important. Many patients thanked us and there were also patients who were not Muslims but still held out their hands to pray with us. This proves that we are together even when sick or happy. It is very difficult to get an opportunity like this, I am very grateful to have a visit program like this because it helps me to learn to communicate with old and young patients including family members of patients. The second lesson I learned was that we must be grateful and always take care of our own health
