CLUB OPEN DAY KTF 2223
Mini Report
Club Open Day KTF (2022-2023) is an association program organized by Kolej Tun Fatimah. The program is only for a day, which is on the 3 January 2023. The aim of the program is to promote and attract students to join the several clubs in Universiti Teknologi Malaysia at the beginning of the semester. I have participated in several games conducted by the facilitator of the program. I joined this program because I want to grow my skill set by taking a step outside of my comfort zone and try something different. It is also an opportunity for me to improve my self-confidence through access to learning and self-growth and also making new friends.
In this program, I was participating in the program to support KTF. There were 5 clubs on the day of the program which were Entrepreneur Club, Sport and Recreational Club, Green and Earth Club, Cultural Club and Volunteer Club. Each of the clubs had all their sections decorated nicely, and prepared a lot of games to attract the people to come to them. I remember that I almost joined all of the activities that every club had, from playing traditional games to football games and I also joined in making origami, and painting, and a lot of other activities. I immersed myself in a wide range of activities offered by clubs. It was a memorable experience to interact with each club, experiencing their unique games and learning about their initiatives and interests.
Participating in the Club Open Day enabled me to develop essential graduate attributes such as communication skills, teamwork, global citizenship, and adaptability. Interacting with club members and participating in various activities enhanced my communication and teamwork abilities. Moreover, being exposed to diverse clubs and activities contributed to my understanding of global citizenship and adaptability in different settings.
Overall, the Club Open Day KTF (2022-2023) provided a fun and fantastic experience, leaving lasting memories for myself and other participants. It was an opportunity for personal growth, exploration, and building connections within the university community.
