Mini Report

Program Easy Drawing With SURVEYCAD is an program organized students of Sarjana Muda Kejuruteraan Geomatik dengan Kepujiaan. The program lasted for only for one day which on 13 May 2023. The aim of the program is to introduce the student with software of SurveyCAD and its function. By participating in this one-day event, students have the opportunity to know the function of the SurveyCad software.

In this program, I have participated as Committee Member where I joined as AJK Makanan which is in charge of preparing the food for the program. The committee members held a meeting with high council committee for the job scope and program timeline. The job scope for unit Makanan is to order food, and prepare it on the day of the program, the high council committee also assigned two people for this scope which is me and other fellow committee member.  Before the program, we conducted thorough preparations, including menu selection and consideration of participants' dietary restrictions or allergies. This attention to detail ensure a seamless dining experience for all attendees. The menu has been vetted and approved by the high council committee. On the day of the event, we efficiently managed food ordering, preparation, and service, contributing to the overall smooth operation of the program.

It is a challenging program for me as it is because this program is an important program that represents and carries the good name of the association. Thus, it is really important for me and my team to create an interesting and interactive plan flow to attract people to join the program. The Graduate Attributes that I had learned are Communication Skills, Thinking Skills,  Leadership and Teamworking Skills and Scholarship. Throughout the event, I had understood my responsibility as a member of a team to work together to make something work.

Overall, my participation in the Program Easy Drawing With SURVEYCAD as a Committee Member allowed me to play a vital role in introducing students to SurveyCAD software while ensuring their culinary needs were met. It was a valuable learning experience that highlighted the importance of effective planning, communication, and collaboration in event management.

Self Reflection

Participating in the Program Easy Drawing With SURVEYCAD as a Committee Member, responsible for food preparation, was a valuable learning experience. Collaborating with team members, we meticulously planned the menu, considering dietary restrictions, and ensured smooth execution on the event day. This experience taught me the importance of effective communication, teamwork, and attention to detail in event management. It also reinforced the responsibility of representing the association and the need for thorough planning to uphold its reputation. Overall, it was a rewarding experience that highlighted the importance of coordination and collaboration in achieving success.
