MINI REPORT  :

This program will be held on 23 May 2023 at the UTM Convention Hall organized by SMART Club. This program aims to encourage every student to achieve outstanding achievements with determination. This can increase healthy competition between students because they will try hard to achieve the best results. This program involves students who get dean and they will be given achievement awards, namely certificates and souvenirs.

 

SELF-REFLECTION :

As part of the SMART Club's event on May 23, 2023, at UTM Convention Hall, I played a crucial role in the technical unit, managing the PA system, music, and slides. Operating behind the scenes, I ensured flawless technical coordination through meticulous planning, addressing any issues promptly to enhance the program's impact. This experience deepened my understanding of the importance of technical proficiency in event execution, highlighting the value of teamwork and effective communication in achieving organizational goals. I am proud to have contributed to the success of this event, which sharpened my technical skills and organizational acumen, preparing me for future opportunities in event management.

Mini Report :

This program is carried out by focusing on FSSH 1st year students and this KEMUNCAK program has recently been carried out in 2 series namely on (25 to 26 Nov 2022) and (9 to 10 June 2023). In addition, this program only involves a small number of students from FSSH who are selected to follow the KEMUNCAK series. The program is conducted at Hutan Rekreasi, UTM where students have to camp here and follow all the activities during these 2 days which are assisted by facilitators. The result of this program is that students can develop skills, discipline and team building.

 

Self-Reflection :

As a facilitator for the KEMUNCAK program, I had the privilege of guiding first-year FSSH students through two series held on November 25-26, 2022, and June 9-10, 2023, at Hutan Rekreasi, UTM. This program, tailored for a select group, focused on camping and activities aimed at skill development, discipline, and team building. Facilitating in an outdoor setting challenged me to hone organizational, adaptive, and leadership skills. Witnessing students' personal growth through teamwork and discipline underscored the importance of effective communication and mentorship. The experience deepened my appreciation for experiential learning and its transformative impact, affirming my commitment to fostering resilience and development in others.

Mini Report :

The Great Gatsby Night program is held on 17 June 2023 at 8pm until 11pm at V8 Hotel, Skudai, Johor. A total of 86 students have participated in this program. This program is organized by SMART Club to appreciate the services of SMART Committees who have devoted a lot of services to the interests of HRD students and also the club. In addition, outstanding HRD students were also celebrated at this program. With that, there are several award categories that have been given in this program as a sign of their appreciation.
This program is also combined with the annual grand meeting to review SMART Club's programs and efforts during the year 2022/2023. Any suggestions regarding problems that arise and student opinions are mentioned in this section as a lesson to improve in the future.

 

Self Reflection :

Serving as the Vice Director of the Grand Annual Dinner was an incredibly rewarding experience. My responsibilities included comprehensive event planning, coordinating logistics, liaising with vendors and stakeholders, executing marketing strategies, developing the program, managing the budget, leading the team, identifying and mitigating risks, overseeing day-of-event operations, and conducting post-event evaluations. Reflecting on this role, I am proud of the collaborative efforts that ensured the event's success. The meticulous planning and coordination were worthwhile, and recognizing the students and committee members was deeply gratifying. The invaluable feedback and suggestions gathered during the annual grand meeting provided a clear path for future improvements. This role significantly enhanced my leadership, communication, and event management skills, effectively preparing me for future challenges and opportunities.
